一 同十三《割書：子》年八月最上ニ御所替之節
御留主居被 仰付 御意被
遊候は切々登 城致
公方様御機嫌奉伺注進可仕候且又高
遠ゟ最上引越候女関所通り手形を取段々
可相通候 御参府之砌御進物相
調幷方々御遣物吉良上野介様へ承り
御参勤前相調可申旨被 仰付候

一 同年《割書：月不｜詳》御加増三百石被下置候事
一 同年六月洪水ニ而満見ヶ崎川 除（除）切れ
最上 御城廻町屋流候ニ付御領分
人数計ニ而川除相成間敷候鳥井様御代
茂由利庄内之加勢を以出来候川除之由ニ候
間 公儀へ被 仰立候様ニと老衆被
申聞候依之七月七日最上発足仕同
十三日江戸表着松平右衛門大夫様松平

件
一 同十三年（子年）八月、最上に御所替えの節、
御留守居を仰せ付けられ、御意を賜ったのは「度々登
城して公方様の御機嫌を伺い注進すべし。また高
遠から最上への引越しの際、女性の関所通行手形を取り、段々と
相通すべし。御参府の砌には御進物を調え、
並びに方々への御遣い物、吉良上野介様へ承った分も
御参勤前に調えるべし」との旨を仰せ付けられた

一 同十四年（丑年）閏三月、御暇を下され最上へ
帰参した件
一 同年、月日不詳、御加増三百石を下し置かれた件
一 同年六月、洪水で満見ヶ崎川の堤防が決壊し、
最上の御城回りの町屋が流された。御領分の
人数だけでは川の堤防修築は成し難く、鳥井様の御代にも
由利・庄内の加勢によって出来た川除の由であるので、
公儀へ申し立てるようにと老衆が
申し聞かされた。これにより七月七日最上を発足し、同
十三日江戸表に着き、松平右衛門大夫様・松平

he was appointed as caretaker, and the lord's instructions were: "Frequently ascend to
the castle to inquire about the Shogun's well-being and report back. Also, when moving from Takato to Mogami, obtain travel permits for women to pass through checkpoints, and arrange passage step by step.
When visiting Edo, prepare tribute gifts,
as well as gifts for various parties, including those requested by Lord Kira Kōzuke-no-suke,
and these should be prepared before the sankin attendance," as he was instructed
in this matter
- Same 14th year (Year of the Ox), intercalary 3rd month: He was granted leave and
returned to Mogami
- Same year, month unknown: He was granted an additional stipend of 300 koku
- Same year, 6th month: Due to flooding, the Mamimigasaki River embankment broke,
and the townhouses around Mogami castle were swept away. Since the
manpower from the domain alone would be insufficient to repair the river embankment, and even during Lord Torii's time
the river works were completed with assistance from Yuri and Shōnai,
the senior retainers instructed
that this matter should be reported to the bakufu. Accordingly, he departed Mogami on the 7th day of the 7th month, arrived in Edo on the
13th day, [and met with] Lord Matsudaira Uemon-no-dayū and Lord Matsudaira
