出雲守様御両所と
土津様御同道被遊土井大炊頭様
御出被 仰達御挨拶一段ニ而

公方様御不例ニ付川除助勢之御下
知無之九月最上へ罷下候
但右御不例ニ付為御慰諸家ゟ躍被
懸 御目候ニ付
土津様ゟも被《見せ消ち：懸｜懸》 御目可然
由ニ而御内支度被 仰付御見舞

土津様奥筋為御押同月最上へ
御帰城被遊被 仰付候ハ北原
采女今度江戸ニ残置候間江戸へ罷登御
留主居仕切々登 城致奉窺御
機嫌御老中様へも相廻り島原之次第

機嫌を窺い奉り御老中様へも相廻り島原の次第
