杉崎山西龍寺了智の女 正徳二辰年九月十一日病死、法名は智海院釈尼恵性、葬所は杉崎山西龍寺
承応元（卯）年三月 五両三人扶持を下し置かれ、御小性に召し出された。
ただし幼少につき親類の好意ある身内が江戸表へ上る時に連れて上るよう仰せ付けられた。
同二（辰）年十月 達山伊右衛門が勤番として江戸表へ上ることになったので一緒に上り、翌巳年六月に帰国した。

この後勤番二陣を勤めた。
明暦元（未）年十月 遠山伊右衛門方へ婿養子に任じられることを願い出た。
これにより、これまで下し置かれた御給分は返上した。

Daughter of Ryōchi of Sugisaki-yama Sairyūji Temple Died of illness on the 11th day of the 9th month of Shōtoku 2 (Year of the Dragon, 1712). Posthumous Buddhist name: Chikaiinn Shakuni Eshō. Buried at Sugisaki-yama Sairyūji Temple.
Jōō 1 (Year of the Rabbit, 1652), 3rd month: He was granted a stipend of five ryō and three men's portions and summoned to serve as a page (okoshō).
However, due to his young age, he was ordered to accompany sympathetic relatives when they went up to Edo.
