願い出た。
一 同四（未）年閏八月 息子弥五郎が病死したため、二男八兵衛を嫡子にしたい旨を願い出て許された。
一 同十（丑）年十月 中村甚兵衛を預かることになった。同十一月、甚兵衛に暇を仰せ付けられた。
一 寛永四（亥）年八月 御捨頭役を仰せ付けられた。
一 同五（子）年五月 先に続いて息子八兵衛が病死したため、神尾伝左衛門の四男幾右衛門を養子に

したい旨を願い出て許された。
一 同六（丑）年四月 息子幾右衛門の御給分を差し上げ、手前へ引き取り差し置きたい旨を願い出て許された。
一 同年十月 願いの通り御役を御免になり、年来よく相勤めた理由があるため、直隠居を仰せ付けられる旨が仰せ出された。
一 正徳四（午）年十月二十三日 七十五歳にて病死。法名は舞照院道幽日観。葬所は法紹山浄光寺。

One: Genroku 10 (Year of the Ox, 1697), 10th month - Nakamura Jinbei was placed under his custody. In the 11th month of the same year, Jinbei was granted leave.
One: Kan'ei 4 (Year of the Boar, 1627), 8th month - Appointed to the position of captain of ashigaru foot soldiers (o-sute-gashira-yaku).
One: Kan'ei 5 (Year of the Rat, 1628), 5th month - As his son Hachibei also died of illness, he petitioned and was granted permission to adopt Ikuemon, the fourth son of Kamio Denzaemon, as his heir.
