召出初陣之処精出相勤候ニ付麻御上

【右丁】
召し出され初陣のところ精を出して相勤めたので、麻の御上下一具を下し置かれた旨を仰せ出された
一 同2年酉年5月、御下向の節、日光山の御宮並びに御仏殿へ御参詣されるに付き御供仕って下った
但し定例の拝領物として麻の御上下一具を下し置かれた
一 同年8月、見祢山の御社御参詣に付き御供を相勤めた
一 同年9月、原の御境目を御巡見されるに付き御供を相勤めた

一 同3年戌年10月、勤番のため江戸表へ上り、一陣を相勤めて下った
一 同年12月、御休息の間へ召し出され、御小袖一つを下し置かれた
一 同4年亥年4月、江戸表において当陣の御出が繁く候ところ、精を出して相勤めたので、別段のお心遣いを以って御召古の御袷一つを下し置かれた旨を御用人を以って仰せ出された
