一 元禄元《割書：辰》年十一月老年病者ニ而
御役義難相勤ニ付御侘申上候処追而
跡役之者被 仰付候迄先可相勤旨被
仰出候事
一 同二《割書：巳》年三月 公義三ノ御丸御普請
御手伝御用被蒙 仰候ニ付罷登十
一月御成就迄相勤候事
一 同年十一月於江戸表御用在之候間
四ツ時 御城江罷出候様御奉書ニ付
御城江罷出候処戸田山城守様秋元但

何れも骨折候ニ付為御褒美御時服弐ツ
御羽織壱ツ白銀拾枚被下置之旨山

一 元禄元年辰年十一月、老年病者にて
御役義相勤め難きにつき御詫び申し上げたところ、追って
跡役の者を仰せつけられるまで先ず相勤めるべき旨を
仰せ出された
一 同二年巳年三月、公義三ノ御丸御普請
御手伝御用を蒙り仰せられたにつき上り、十

袖一つ、銀子五枚拝領を仰せつけられた
一 同三年午年六月、当二月息子弥五左衛門が
切腹を仰せつけられたにつき、二男縫殿左衛門を嫡
子にお立て下し置かれたき旨、願いのまま任された
一 同年十月晦日、六十五歳にて病死、法
