現代語訳
多くの報いを受け取るであろう。すべての人がキリストの教えに背いてはならない。（そのような）人は天の司ではない、キリストの教えを聞く人こそ天の父は息子とともにおられる。人間があなたのところへ来る時に、この教えを知らない人を、家へ迎え入れてはならない、したがって（挨拶を）言ってはならない。その人に従う人は、その人の悪い行いの仲間である。私があなたに多くのことを墨で紙へ書くつもりはない、ただし望む、あなたのところへ来て、二人でもの言い合おう。それによって多くのことを喜ぼう。選ばれた姉妹の子どもがあなたに挨拶を送る。

英語訳
you shall receive much reward. All people must not turn away from Christ's teachings. Such a person is not a ruler of heaven; those who listen to Christ's teachings - with them the heavenly Father and Son abide. When people come to you, do not welcome into your house those who do not know these teachings, and therefore do not greet them. Those who follow such a person share in that person's evil deeds. I do not intend to write many things to you with ink on paper, but I hope to come to you and speak together face to face. Through this we shall rejoice in many things. The children of your chosen sister send you greetings.
