現代語訳
御城御番を相勤めた。
一、同年十月、江戸勤番のため上り、一陣を相勤め、翌戌年四月に下った。
ただし、陣中頭の坂清左衛門が病死したため、諸支配を相勤めた。
一、同年十二月、頭の坂清左衛門が病死したため、諸御役として小原五郎右衛門組に移った。
一、同三年（戌年）八月、家督として御知行四百石を御相違なく下し置かれた。
一、同六年（丑年）九月、御使い番を仰せ付けられた。
一、同七年（寅年）四月、御参勤御供として勤番のため上り、同十月に下った。
一、同八年（卯年）六月、土用入りにつき御機嫌御窺いの御使者を仰せ付けられ、江戸表へ上り御使いを相勤め、同七月に下った。
一、同九年（辰年）九月、江戸勤番のため上り、翌巳年に下った。
一、同十年（巳年）九月、御奏者番を仰せ付けられた。
