一同年十二月不時勤番之為江戸表へ罷り登り
翌丑四月御下向御供ニて罷り下り候
但し 御道中仮御用人仰せ付けられ滞り無く
相勤め候由ニ付き麻御上下一具下し置かれ候事

梅園院様御婚礼之砌御婿入り之式精出し
相勤候由ニて 御前ニ於いて御帷子御上下

現代語訳
一、同年十二月、臨時勤番のため江戸表へ上り、翌丑年四月、御下向御供にて下った。
ただし、御道中仮御用人を仰せ付けられ、滞りなく相勤めた由により、麻の御上下一具を下し置かれた。
一、同二年（丑年）四月、梅園院様御婚礼の砌、御婿入りの式を精出し相勤めた由にて、御前において御帷子御上下を下し置かれた。
一、同月、愿彰院様御目見御用を精出し相勤めた由にて、御前において御袷を下し置かれ、かつ愿彰院様より裏附きの御上下を下し置かれた。
一、同年八月、松平加賀守様御家督を仰せ出だされた御祝儀として、江戸表へ御使者を仰せ付けられ上り相勤め、同月下った。
ただし、右の御用を相勤めたにつき、加賀守様より白銀拾枚、梅園院様より金三百疋を下し置かれた。

1. In the 12th month of the same year, he went up to Edo for extraordinary service duty and returned in the 4th month of the following year (Year of the Ox) accompanying the lord's return journey.
However, he was appointed as temporary chamberlain during the journey and performed his duties without delay, for which he was granted a set of hemp formal wear (kamishimo).
1. In the 4th month of the 2nd year of the same era (Year of the Ox), he diligently performed his duties during the wedding ceremony of Lady Baien-in and the bridegroom's entrance ceremony, for which he was granted summer formal wear in the lord's presence.
1. In the same month, he diligently performed his duties for Lady Gansho-in's audience ceremony, for which he was granted summer robes in the lord's presence, and Lady Gansho-in also granted him lined formal wear.
1. In the 8th month of the same year, he was appointed as an envoy to Edo to offer congratulations for Matsudaira Kaga-no-kami's succession to family headship, went up to perform this duty, and returned in the same month.
However, for performing this official duty, he was granted ten pieces of silver by Kaga-no-kami and three hundred pieces of gold by Lady Baien-in.
