一明和八卯年四月親願い之通御番代
外様組付き仰せ付けられ加兵衛組へ入り
御城御番相勤め候事
一安永午年十月江戸勤番之為
罷り登り翌未五月 御下向御供仕り罷り

但し御道中仮御供番
仰せ付けられ罷り下り候処不参無く精出し相勤候
段仰せ出でられ候事
一同九子年二月家督御知行五百
石御相違無く下し置かれ候事
一天明二寅年十月御番方両年皆
勤いたし候段奇特ニ思召され候旨仲

現代語訳
御目見を仰せ付けられた事
一、明和八年（卯年）四月、親の願いの通り御番代外様組付きを仰せ付けられ、加兵衛組へ入り、御城御番を相勤めた事
一、安永七年（午年）十月、江戸勤番のため上り、翌未年五月、御下向の御供を仕って下った
ただし御道中仮御供番を仰せ付けられ下ったところ、不参なく精を出して相勤めた段を仰せ出された事
一、同九年（子年）二月、家督御知行五百石を相違なく下し置かれた事
一、天明二年（寅年）十月、御番方両年皆勤致した段、奇特に思し召された旨、仲間一同に仰せ出された事
一、同七年（未年）十一月、物頭を仰せ付けられた事
一、同月、重郎左衛門と改名したい旨、願い出た事
一、同八年（申年）三月、屋敷御入用がある付き、加須屋傳八上屋敷を御振替下し置かれた

He was granted an audience with the lord.
1. In the 4th month of Meiwa 8 (Year of the Rabbit), as his father requested, he was appointed to the goza-gumitsuki position and joined Kahee's group, serving guard duty at the castle.
1. In the 10th month of An'ei 7 (Year of the Horse), he went up to Edo for guard duty, and in the 5th month of the following year (Year of the Sheep), he accompanied the lord's return journey from Edo.
However, he was appointed as temporary escort guard for the journey, and it was proclaimed that he served without any absences and with great diligence.
1. In the 2nd month of the same 9th year (Year of the Rat), he was granted the family headship with a stipend of 500 koku without any reduction.
1. In the 10th month of Tenmei 2 (Year of the Tiger), it was proclaimed to all his colleagues that his perfect attendance for two years in guard duty was considered exemplary by the lord.
1. In the 11th month of the same 7th year (Year of the Sheep), he was appointed as a squad leader (monotō).
1. In the same month, he requested to change his name to Jūrōzaemon.
1. In the 3rd month of the same 8th year (Year of the Monkey), due to the need for estate expenses, he was granted the reassignment of Kasuya Denhachi's upper residence.
