　勤め候段仰せ出でられ候事
一同十酉年正月学館始め諸稽古
　筋之儀主立世話いたし候様
　仰せ付けられ候
　　但し右ニ付き労賃もこれ有る由二付き賃
　　補として一ケ年銀子弐枚ヅツ御借上げ無く
　　下し置かれ候事
一同年十二月御内証方御繰り合い御難渋
　ニ付き一統存じ寄り相尋ね印符を以て申出候趣
　名前を以て御聴候処細々志を尽くし

　申出候段兼ねて御為筋ニ心を用い罷り在り
　候故之儀と御頼母敷思召され候旨
　仰せ出でられ候事
一同月相州御備場新規之処兼務
　御用ともニ出精相勤め外様士取扱いを始め
　宜しく取計い勤労いたし候ニ付き御褒
　美として御小袖之代絹壱疋綿御添え銀子
　弐枚下し置かれ候事
一同十一戌年二月常　詰御書簡
　仰せ付けられ縄役兼務是迄之通り相心得候
　　

現代語訳

勤めた段、仰せ出でられた件

一　同十年（酉年）正月　学館始め諸稽古筋の儀、主立って世話をするよう仰せ付けられた
　　但し右につき労賃もこれある由につき賃補として一ヶ年銀子弐枚ずつ御借上げなく下し置かれた件

一　同年十二月　御内証方御繰り合い御難渋につき一統存じ寄り相尋ね印符を以て申し出た趣、名前を以て御聴きになった処、細々志を尽くし申し出た段、兼ねて御為筋に心を用い罷り在った故の儀と御頼母敷く思し召された旨仰せ出でられた件

一　同月　相州御備場新規の処兼務御用共に出精相勤め外様士取扱いを始め宜しく取り計い勤労したにつき、御褒美として御小袖の代絹壱疋綿御添え銀子弐枚下し置かれた件

一　同十一年（戌年）二月　常詰御書簡仰せ付けられ縄役兼務是まで之通り相心得た

served diligently, which was officially recognized

First　Same 10th year (Year of the Rooster), 1st month: Ordered to take charge of various training activities at the academy from the New Year ceremonies onward
　　However, since there were labor costs involved, as compensation he was granted 2 silver pieces annually without borrowing

First　Same year, 12th month: Regarding financial difficulties with internal accounts management, when all members were asked for suggestions and he submitted proposals with his seal, his name was heard [by the lord], and it was officially stated that his detailed and heartfelt suggestions showed his constant dedication to serving the lord's interests, which was considered very reliable

First　Same month: For diligent service in concurrent duties at the new Sōshū military preparation site, including proper handling of outside retainers and excellent management and hard work, he was rewarded with 1 roll of silk as payment for formal clothing, plus cotton and 2 silver pieces

First　Same 11th year (Year of the Dog), 2nd month: Appointed to permanent correspondence duties, continuing concurrent rope duty as before
