一同年三月曾祖父三郎左衛門拝
領仕り候扇子御肩衣幷御紋之御羽織
冥加として着用仕り度旨任せ願われ候事
一同月郎等江戸表へ罷り登り候

詰め番頭仰せ付けられ 御ニ於いて纒馬印
御免成られ候旨仰せ出でられ候
但し三崎詰めと相心得候様仰せ付けられ候事
一同月御領内ニて乗り物御免成られ候旨
仰せ出でられ候
但し同月三崎へひ引き移り候事
一同十三子年十二月当豆州下田へ
異国船漂着いたし御固め人数をも差し
越され候ニ付き早急之御用向々へも宜しく差図せしめ
御持場海岸等御備え筋ともニ宜しく取計い候
ニ付き御料理下し置かれ候事

領分より遠沖へ異国船相見候由御通

様仰せ付けられた件
一 同年三月 曾祖父三郎左衛門が拝領した扇子御肩衣並びに御紋の御羽織を冥加として着用したい旨願い出た件
一 同月 郎等が江戸表へ上った件
一 同十二年（亥年）二月 御前において相州常詰番頭を仰せ付けられ、御前において纒馬印を御免になった旨仰せ出でられた
但し三崎詰めと心得るよう仰せ付けられた件
一 同月 御領内にて乗り物を御免になった旨仰せ出でられた
但し同月三崎へ引き移った件
一 同十三年（子年）十二月 当豆州下田へ異国船が漂着し御固め人数をも差し越されたにつき、早急の御用向きへも宜しく指図し、御持場海岸等御備え筋共に宜しく取り計ったにつき、御料理を下し置かれた件
一 同十四年（丑年）十月 松平越中守様御領分より遠沖へ異国船が見えた由御通知

However, he was ordered to understand this as assignment to Misaki

First Same 13th year (Year of the Rat), 12th month: When foreign ships drifted ashore at Shimoda in Izu Province and guard forces were dispatched, he gave proper instructions for urgent official matters and made excellent arrangements for coastal defenses at his assigned areas, for which he was granted a ceremonial meal
