歳姉五歳ニ相成り候を母両人召連れ候て
道義様御前様へ御奉公仕り 御城
内ニ於いて成長仕り候

土津様信州へ入らせられ候節母姉共ニ
浄光院様へ御附き遊ばされ御在世中御奉公
仕り童義ハ幼年より
道義様御側ニ召し仕えられ常々童と御呼び
遊ばされ成長之後田中太郎右衛門と相改め候事

道義様御逝去之砌髪を剃り 高野山へ
遺骨之御供仕り蔵させられ候内御用相勤め罷り
帰り長髪ニて罷り在り候事

土津様思召しを以奉公之筋望みも之在り候哉と
厚き御意ニて御尋ね成し下し置かれ候処何之願いも
御在無く候へ共只厄介多難義仕り候間扶助

申し上げ候へバ江戸常詰御春屋(おつきや)米之受拂い

歳、姉は五歳になったのを、母が両人を連れて
道義様（初代藩主保科正之の父）、御前様にお仕えし、お城
の中で成長いたしました

浄光院様（保科正之の継母）
土津様（保科正之）が信州に入られた際、母と姉ともに
浄光院様にお付きして、ご在世中お仕えし、童義（重義）は幼年より
道義様のお側にお仕えして、いつも童とお呼び
になられ、成長の後、田中太郎右衛門と改名いたしました
一、寛永八年（未年）月は不詳
道義様がご逝去の折、髪を剃って高野山へ
ご遺骨のお供をして埋葬された際、ご用を勤めて
帰り、長髪にして過ごしておりました

土津様の思し召しにより、奉公の筋で望みもこれあるかと
厚いお心遣いでお尋ねくださったところ、何の願いも
ございませんが、ただ厄介で難儀しておりますので、扶助
していただけるよう取り計らいくださいますれば、ありがたく存じます旨
申し上げましたところ、江戸常詰のお春屋（御付き屋）での米の受け払い

and after he grew up, he changed his name to Tanaka Tarōzaemon

When Dōgi-sama passed away, he shaved his hair and went to Mount Kōya
to accompany the burial of the remains, performed his duties during the entombment,
returned, and lived with long hair thereafter
