弐人扶持ニ御直下し置かれ候事
一寛文六午年月不詳田中三郎兵衛御郡代
仰せ付けられ候節同苗字憚り願之通り石沢と
相改め候事
一同九酉年月不詳会津勝手仰せ付けられ長囲
炉裏(いろり)之御番仰せ付けられ金四両三人扶持下し 置かれ候事
一延宝六午年二月十日八拾壱歳ニて病
