人衆より仰せ聞けられ候事
一同十七子年閏五月御徒組頭勤番
ニ付き組頭代相勤め候内
御二方様御登り御用仰せ付けられ相勤め候事
一同年六月三石御役料壱人扶持御加増
下し置かれ御徒目付仰せ付けられ候事
一同年九月御国目付衆御下り之節三代
村迄御迎えニ罷り出で御逗留中両御屋敷へ
十日代わりニ翌丑正月迄寔附き仰せ付けられ相勤め
候処高木酒之丞様より金弐分赤井五
郎作様より金壱分下され候且つ御登り成られ候節
御見送り御巡村之節ともニ罷り越御用相勤め
候
但し右御用滞り無く相勤め候段御称美成し
下され候事

罷り登り同十月罷り下り候事

徳翁様御墳御普請ニ付き御人指しを以立
会仰せ付けられ三年相勤め候事
現代語訳
人衆より仰せ聞かされました
一、同十七年（子年）閏五月 御徒組頭が勤番の
ため、組頭代を勤めている間に
御二方様の御登城御用を仰せ付けられ勤めました
一、同年六月 三石の御役料と一人扶持の御加増を
下し置かれ、御徒目付を仰せ付けられました
一、同年九月 御国目付衆が御下向の節、三代
村まで御迎えに出向き、御逗留中は両御屋敷へ
十日交代で翌丑年正月まで実際に付いて仰せ付けられ勤めた
ところ、高木酒之丞様より金二分、赤井五
郎作様より金一分を下されました。また御登城なされた節の
御見送り、御巡村の節ともに出向いて御用を勤めました
ただし、右の御用を滞りなく勤めた段について御称賛を
下されました

上り、同年十月に下向しました

徳翁様の御墳の御普請につき、御人指しをもって立
会を仰せ付けられ、三年間勤めました
