一同二十卯年七月御石御用精出し相
　勤め候ニ御褒美として金弐分下し置かれ候事
一原文元辰年三月御普請之義ニ付き
　不調法有之御役義召し放され候段
　仰せ渡され候事
一同二巳年正月三石御役料下し置かれ
　御徒目付帰り役仰せ付けられ候事
一同年四月勤番之為江戸表へ罷り登り芝
　会所寔立会相勤め候内御老中様御招情
　梅園院様御縁組

　土常様御元服御縁組御結納五度之
　御用精出し相勤め候段御称美成し下され候
　事
一同三午年三月神様料役所壱年立
　会御人指しを以仰せ付けられ翌未三月迄相勤め
　候事
一同四未年四月　御入部遊ばされ女中下げ候
　ニ付き御人指しを以御仕立所壱年勤め仰せ付けられ
　翌申四月迄相勤め候事
一寛保元酉年正月御人指しを以元の所

現代語訳

一、同二十年（卯年）七月　御石御用を精励して勤めたことに対し、御褒美として金二分を下し置かれました

一、享保元年（辰年）三月　御普請の件について不手際があり、御役義を召し放されました段を仰せ渡されました

一、同二年（巳年）正月　三石の御役料を下し置かれ、御徒目付帰り役を仰せ付けられました

一、同年四月　勤番のため江戸表へ上り、芝会所の実立会を勤めている間に、御老中様の御招きで、梅園院様の御縁組

　土常様の御元服、御縁組、御結納など五度の御用を精励して勤めた段について御称賛を下されました

一、同三年（午年）三月　神様料役所一年立会を御人指しをもって仰せ付けられ、翌未年三月まで勤めました

一、同四年（未年）四月　御入部遊ばされ女中が下がることについて、御人指しをもって御仕立所一年勤めを仰せ付けられ、翌申年四月まで勤めました

一、寛保元年（酉年）正月　御人指しをもって元の所

First, same 2nd year (Year of the Snake), 1st month: He was granted a stipend of 3 koku and appointed to return to his role as foot soldier inspector

First, same year, 4th month: He ascended to Edo for duty rotation and while serving as actual attendant at the Shiba meeting place, by invitation of the Senior Councilor, for Lady Baien'in's marriage arrangements

　Lord Dotsune's coming-of-age ceremony, marriage arrangements, betrothal gifts, and other duties totaling five occasions were diligently performed, for which he received praise

First, same 3rd year (Year of the Horse), 3rd month: He was appointed through official assignment to serve one year as attendant at the shrine offerings office, serving until the 3rd month of the following Year of the Sheep

First, same 4th year (Year of the Sheep), 4th month: When the lord entered the domain and female attendants were dismissed, he was appointed through official assignment to serve one year at the tailoring office, serving until the 4th month of the following Year of the Monkey

First, Kanpō 1st year (Year of the Rooster), 1st month: Through official assignment to the original position
