壱年立会仰せ付けられ候事
一同二戌年正月京大坂御廻米御貸金
方立会仰せ付けられ同三月罷り登り翌亥正月
罷り下り候
但し褒美として金三両下し置かれ候事
一同三亥年三月吟味所壱年立会

一同年八月神料役人仰せ付けられ御役料
只今迄之通り下し置かれ候旨仰せ出でられ候事
一延享二丑年九病身ニ罷り成り候ニ付き

現代語訳
一年立会を仰せ付けられました
一、同二年（戌年）正月 京都・大坂の御廻米御貸金方立会を仰せ付けられ、同三月に上京し、翌亥年正月に帰国しました
ただし褒美として金三両を下し置かれました
一、同三年（亥年）三月 吟味所一年立会を仰せ付けられました
一、同年八月 神料役人を仰せ付けられ、御役料は今まで通り下し置かれる旨を仰せ出されました
一、延享二年（丑年）九月 病身になったため辞職を願い出ましたが、保養しながら勤務するよう仰せ付けられました
一、同三年（寅年）正月 持格にて御天守御兵器方役人を仰せ付けられ、今まで通り御役料を下し置かれる旨を仰せ出されました
一、寛延三年（午年）正月 百姓どもの騒動の際、精励して勤めた段を仰せ出されました
一、宝暦元年（未年）十二月 精励してよく勤めたことについて、今まで通りの御役料に三石を御加増として御直々に下し置かれる旨を仰せ出されました
