一、延宝三年（卯年）七月、御知行二百石を下し置かれ、召し出されて当分寄合組に仰せ付けられた旨が仰せ出でられた。
一、延宝五年（巳年）三月、遠山長五郎元屋敷が井深茂右衛門屋敷へ年寄りの由を聞し召されたため、茂右衛門方への御精進として下し置かれた。
一、同七年（未年）十二月、御使番を仰せ付けられ、御役料百石を下し置かれた。
一、同八年（申年）四月、江戸勤番のため上り、一陣を相勤めて下った。
ただし上下共に御小姓同道を仰せ付けられた。
