輪光院様御婚礼ニ付き役付き仰せ付けられ
服代金下し置かれ候事
一同月右役付き相勤め候ニ付き御吸物御酒

一同年四月勤番之陣罷り登り精出し
滞り無く相勤めニ付き銀子壱枚罷り下し置き

現代語訳
一、同二年（酉年）三月 輪光院様の御婚礼につき役付きを仰せ付けられ、服代金を支給されました
一、同月 右の役付きを勤めたことにより、御吸物と御酒を下賜されました
一、同年四月 勤番のため江戸へ上り、精励し滞りなく勤務したことにより、銀子一枚を支給されました
一、同年九月 密事御用を仰せ付けられました
一、同三年（戌年）三月 山形へ勤番のため赴き、同年九月に帰参いたしました
一、同年九月 山形勤番中、精励し滞りなく勤務したことにより、御褒美として銀子一枚を支給されました
一、同四年（亥年）二月 昨年夏の山形勤番の際、見分衆がお越しになったことに関し、御役御用を精励して勤めた旨をお褒めいただきました
一、同月 数年間精励して勤務したことにより、これまでの御役料三石に一人扶持をお加えいただき御加増に
