　御直下し置かれ候事
一同五子十月勤番之為江戸表へ
　罷り登り翌丑五月罷り下り候事
一同六丑年四月陣中精出し滞り無く相
　勤め候ニ付きご御褒美として銀子弐枚下し置かれ候
　事
一安永二巳年正月数年精出宜しく相
　勤め候ニ付き五石御加増下し置かれ候事
一同五申年十月勤番之為江戸表へ罷り登り
　翌酉五月御共ニて罷り下り候事

一同六酉年勤番六陣罷り登り精出し滞り無く
　相勤め候ニ付き銀子三枚下し置かれ候事
一同七戌年十二月年来精出し宜しく相勤め候
　ニ付き只今迄之御擬作御知行百石ニ御直シ
　下し置かれ候事
一同八亥年八月私先祖信州以来御代
　々へ御奉公仕り
　鳳翔院様御誕生之砌曾祖母義御乳差し
　上げ候ニ付き此の度御法事ニ付き恐れながら寸志
　之差し上げ物仕り度旨任せ願われ候事

御直々に支給されました

一、同五年（子年）十月　勤番のため江戸表へ上り、翌丑年五月に下向いたしました

一、同六年（丑年）四月　陣中で精励し滞りなく勤務したことにより、御褒美として銀子二枚を支給されました

一、安永二年（巳年）正月　数年間精励し良く勤務したことにより、五石の御加増を支給されました

一、同五年（申年）十月　勤番のため江戸表へ上り、翌酉年五月にお供にて下向いたしました

一、同六年（酉年）　勤番で江戸へ上り、精励し滞りなく勤務したことにより、銀子三枚を支給されました

一、同七年（戌年）十二月　年来精励し良く勤務したことにより、これまでの御擬作から御知行百石に御直しいただき支給されました

一、同八年（亥年）八月　私の先祖は信州以来代々御奉公仕り、鳳翔院様御誕生の砌、曾祖母が御乳を差し上げたことにより、この度の御法事につき恐れながら寸志の差し上げ物をいたしたき旨、願い出ました
