一、天明元年（丑年）四月 陣中で滞りなく精励して勤務したことにより、銀子二枚を支給されました
一、同年八月 数十年間精励し良く勤務したことにより、外様組付きを仰せ付けられ、当番の義務を免除していただきました
ただし加須屋五左衛門組へ入り、御城での御番を勤めること
一、同二年（寅年）二月 願いの通り、倅太助の御番代を仰せ付けられました
