一享和元酉年四月学校大什長
　仰せ付けられ候事
一同二戌年五月御代官見習御雇い勤め
　仰せ付けられ候事
一文化三寅年七月御代官御雇い勤め
　仰せ付けられ候事
一同四卯年七月跡式御知行百石
　御相違無く下し置かれ是迄之通御代官仰せ付けられ
　御近習一ノ寄合席ニ成し下され候事

一同年九月ふくし馬揃い之節罷り出で
　獲物領仕り候事
一同六巳年八月追鳥狩之節罷り出で獲物
　領仕り候事
一同七午年五月地下取扱い方細々心を用い
　教場筋引き届手当て免取込みニ付てㇵ別して
　勤労致し御取固増しニも相成り且つふ時囲み物両
　夫食取立方をも精出し宜しく取り計り候ニ付き
　御褒美として御上下之代晒壱反下し置かれ候事
一同年十一月相州御代官仰せ付けられ弐ケ年も

現代語訳

一、享和元年（酉年）四月　学校大什長を仰せ付けられました

一、同二年（戌年）五月　御代官見習として御雇い勤めを仰せ付けられました

一、文化三年（寅年）七月　御代官御雇い勤めを仰せ付けられました

一、同四年（卯年）七月　跡式として御知行百石を相違なく下し置かれ、これまで通り御代官を仰せ付けられ、御近習一の寄合席に成し下されました

一、同年九月　ふくし馬揃いの節に罷り出て、獲物を領仕りました

一、同六年（巳年）八月　追鳥狩の節に罷り出て、獲物を領仕りました

一、同七年（午年）五月　地下取扱い方を細々心を用い、教場筋引き届け手当て、免取込みについて特に勤労し、御取り固め増しにも相成り、かつ不時囲み物両夫食取立方も精出しよく取り計ったので、御褒美として御上下の代として晒一反を下し置かれました

一、同年十一月　相州御代官を仰せ付けられ二ヶ年も

First, Kyōwa 1st year (Year of the Rooster), 4th month: He was appointed as head monitor (daijūchō) of the school.

First, same 2nd year (Year of the Dog), 5th month: He was appointed to serve as an apprentice magistrate on temporary employment.

First, Bunka 3rd year (Year of the Tiger), 7th month: He was appointed to serve as magistrate on temporary employment.

First, same 4th year (Year of the Rabbit), 7th month: He was granted the hereditary stipend of 100 koku without change, continued to be appointed as magistrate as before, and was granted the status of first-class attendant assembly seat.

First, same year, 9th month: He participated in the fukushi horse parade and received game as reward.

First, same 6th year (Year of the Snake), 8th month: He participated in the bird hunting and received game as reward.

First, same 7th year (Year of the Horse), 5th month: He carefully attended to local administration matters, particularly worked diligently on educational facility management and tax collection procedures, which contributed to strengthening control, and also worked hard on emergency provisions and food supply management, taking good care of these matters. As a reward, he was granted one roll of bleached cloth in place of formal court dress.
