　戸下金も相増し候段功作格別ニ付き当
　努間ハ之無く候へ共常上下格ニ成し下され候
　事
一同十四丑年　寺社奉行兼ね相勤め候
　様仰せ付けられ候事
一文政元寅年三月去々年中臨時之
　御用別して勤労致し且つ陣屋風様両度之
　御修覆ともニ考量を以て出方少しニ相成候様
　宜しく差図候ニ付き御褒美として御小袖壱ッ
　銀子弐枚下し置かれ候事

一同二卯三月相州御引受後異国
　船度々漂流之在り去夏中御領分沖
　合へ初めて渡来致し候処品々火急之御用
　出精相勤め御人数出張跡御陣屋守衛相
　勤め浦賀湊へも時々出張致し右御用勤労致し
　候ニ付き御褒美として綿三把下し置かれ候事
一同五午年閏正月無役組仰せ付けられ相
　州御引受之砌より品々之兼務臨時之
　御用とも出精相勤め御引渡しともニ滞り無く相
　済み多年勤労致し候ニ付き御褒美として御小

戸下金も相当に増加した段は功績格別につき、当座の間はこれに相当する役職はないけれども、常上下格に成し下されました

一、同十四年（丑年）　寺社奉行を兼ね相勤めるよう仰せ付けられました

一、文政元年（寅年）三月　一昨年中の臨時の御用を特に勤労し、かつ陣屋風様両度の御修復共に考量をもって出費を少なくするよう適切に指図したので、御褒美として御小袖一つ、銀子二枚を下し置かれました

一、同二年（卯年）三月　相州御引受後、異国船がたびたび漂流することがあり、去る夏中に御領分沖合へ初めて渡来した際、種々の火急の御用を出精して相勤め、御人数出張の跡で御陣屋守衛を相勤め、浦賀湊へも時々出張して右の御用を勤労したので、御褒美として綿三把を下し置かれました
