御褒美として銀子弐枚下し置かれ候事
一同年九月四年以前より費金下し置かれ
釼術傾き修行仰せ付け置かれ候処出精相
励み業上達致し候由ニ付き是迄之費金を
御扶持方壱口半ニ御振替下し置かれ候事
一同十二亥年十月釼術ニ心を尽くし
流技ニ於いて秀逸之者之由ニ付き指南補
仰せ付けられ御扶持方増され弐口ニ成し下され候事
一同十四丑年九月兼ねて人として相嗜む文武
之芸出精致し候ニ付き不時御出馬之節
御供ニ召し連れらるべく旨仰せ出でられ右御用ニ付て ㇵ御供番頭差し図を得相勤め候様尤も右ニ付てㇵ
御供番ニ差し加えられ候間御供番一同禁令
拝聴足並稽古をも仕り候様仰せ付けられ役名称

御褒美として銀子二枚を下し置かれたこと
一、同年九月、四年以前より費用金を下し置かれ
剣術に傾注して修行するよう仰せ付け置かれたところ、出精に
励み技芸が上達したため、これまでの費用金を
御扶持方一口半に御振替え下し置かれたこと
一、同十二年（亥年）十月、剣術に心を尽くし
流派の技において秀逸な者であるため、指南補
を仰せ付けられ、御扶持方を増され二口にして下されたこと
一、同十四年（丑年）九月、兼ねてより人として嗜むべき文武
の芸に出精したため、不時の御出馬の節
御供に召し連れられるべき旨仰せ出され、右の御用について
は御供番頭の差図を得て相勤めるよう、もっともその件について
は御供番に加えられるので御供番一同の禁令を
拝聴し足並み稽古をも行うよう仰せ付けられ、役名の称
呼については御親情組と唱えるよう仰せ付けられたこと
一、同年十月、御親情組を仰せ付けられたことについて
は御用の義は御供番頭の差図を得て相勤めるよう
仰せ付けられた
ただし、そのことについて年始・御着城の節
御目見を仰せ付けられる旨仰せ出されたこと

since he was added to the attendant group, he was ordered to listen to the prohibitions and regulations
along with all attendant group members and also perform formation training. Regarding the title and designation
