一筆申し上げます。
将軍様におかれましてはますますご機嫌よく
お過ごしになられており、
ご安心ください。また、そちらにおいても
異常はございません。
天皇・上皇におかれましても引き続き
ご安泰とのこと、去る二十七日の
お手紙・覚書を拝見し、
上奏いたしました。この他の件については
別紙の通りお伝えいたします。恐縮ながら
謹んで申し上げます。

and have reported to the throne. Regarding other matters,
we shall communicate as detailed in the separate document. With great respect,
I humbly submit this.
