差上候処御満足被為 思召候由ニ付御紋

但忰鉄右衛門へ為費料金拾五両
御内証ニ而被下置候事
現代語訳
出家にも相成るようであれば御免遊ばされる旨仰せ出された。

一、享保十一午年七月、家督相続により御知行百石を相違なく下し置かれ、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、一瀬伝兵衛組にて御城御番を勤めた。
一、元文二巳年四月、江戸勤番のため登り、同年十月に下った。
一、寛保元酉年八月、細工の品を御覧遊ばされたい旨、御用人を通じて仰せ出されたため、翌戊年に出来上がったものを差し上げたところ、御満足に思し召された由で、御紋付御上下一具を下し置かれた。
但し息子鉄右衛門への費用として金十五両を御内証にて下し置かれた。

1. In the fourth month of the 2nd year of Genbun, year of the snake, he went up to Edo for guard duty service and returned in the tenth month of the same year.
1. In the eighth month of the 1st year of Kanpō, year of the rooster, it was decreed through a retainer that the lord wished to view his craftwork. When he presented the completed items the following year of the dog, the lord was greatly pleased, and was granted a formal dress set with the lord's crest.
Additionally, fifteen ryō in gold was secretly granted as expense money for his son Tetsuemon.
