現代語訳
一、同三年亥年閏四月、御代官を仰せ付けられた。
一、延享二丑年八月、吟味頭を仰せ付けられた。
一、同三寅年二月、病身につき辞職の願いを申し上げたところ、差し支えることも聞こえない間は御赦免されるべきではない旨を仰せ聞かされた。
一、同四卯年九月、御勘定頭を仰せ付けられた。
一、寛延元辰年十月、沼沢権兵衛組に【朱書】組替えを仰せ付けられた。
一、同三午年二月、左近と改名したい旨を願い出て許可された。
一、同年七月、願いの通り御役儀を御免され、息子鉄右衛門が御番代を仰せ付けられた。
一、同十二午年三月、願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられた。
一、明和元申年七月十六日、七十一歳にて病死。法名は皆演院法誉嘉遊居士。葬所は同上。

1. In the second month of the 3rd year of the same era, year of the tiger, he petitioned to resign due to illness, but was told that as long as there were no obstacles heard, he should not be pardoned from his duties.
1. In the ninth month of the 4th year of the same era, year of the rabbit, he was appointed as head of accounting (kanjō-gashira).
1. In the tenth month of the 1st year of Kan'en, year of the dragon, he was transferred to Numazawa Gonbee's unit 【written in red】.
