一、享保十三申年正月、親の願いの通り初めてのお目見えを仰せ付けられた。
一、寛保元酉年八月、親の細工の品をご覧遊ばされたい旨仰せ出されたので、出来上がりを差し上げたところ、費用として金十五両を内々に下し置かれた。
一、寛延三午年七月、親の願いの通り御番代【朱書】外様組付きを仰せ付けられ、沼沢権兵衛組に入り、御城番を勤めた。
一、宝暦元未年正月、頭である沼沢権兵衛が御役御免となったため、後任の御役である上田八郎右衛門組となった。
一、同年三月、御代官兼務を仰せ付けられた。
一、同年八月、親の願いの通り、先だって拝領した御紋の御上下を息子鉄右衛門に着用させることとした。

1. In the first month of Kyōhō 13, year of the monkey, as petitioned by his father, he was granted his first audience (with the lord).
1. In the eighth month of Kanpō 1, year of the rooster, it was announced that his father's craftwork would be examined, and when the completed items were presented, fifteen ryō of gold was privately granted as compensation for expenses.
1. In the seventh month of Kan'en 3, year of the horse, as petitioned by his father, he was appointed as guard replacement【written in red】attached to the external retainer unit, entered Numazawa Gonbee's unit, and served as castle guard.
1. In the first month of Hōreki 1, year of the sheep, as the head Numazawa Gonbee was relieved of his duties, he was transferred to the successor's unit under Ueda Hachirōemon.
1. In the third month of the same year, he was appointed to concurrently serve as deputy magistrate.
1. In the eighth month of the same year, as petitioned by his father, the crested formal dress (kamishimo) previously granted was to be worn by his son Tetsuemon.
