度旨を願い任せられた。
一、同四戌年閏二月、頭である上田八郎右衛門が隠居したため、後任の御役である日向源右衛門組となった。
一、同年六月、勤め方が不得手であるため、御代官兼務を免じられた。
一、同十二午年三月、家督として御知行百石を相違なく下し置かれた。
一、明和元申年十月、頭である日向源右衛門が隠居したため、後任の御役である三宅孫兵衛組となった。
一、同二酉年八月、富右衛門と改名したい旨を願い任せられた。
一、安永四未年十二月、頭である三宅孫兵衛が御役替えとなったため、後任の御役である杉田五郎兵衛組となった。
一、同五申年九月、願いの通り小川杉右衛門の二男八郎を婿養子にしたい旨を願い任せられた。
一、天明元丑年十一月、頭である杉田五郎兵衛が病死したため、後任の御役である山崎左助組となった。
一、同七未年九月、願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられた。
