罷出候事
一同年十一月当追鳥狩之節足并調子一体
聯属いたし進退手都合宜相整兼而出精
致候儀と被 思召候旨相組一同御称美
被成下候
但此後毎度御称美被成下候事
一文化四卯年六月《見せ消ち：亡父｜》跡式御知行百石
無御相違被下置候事
一同五辰年正月蝦夷地御固御用被
仰付罷越同八月帰陣仕候
但出起之節御目見被 仰付
御流頂戴仕候事
一同年十月廿六日三拾六歳ニ而病死法名
其光院照巌宝樹居士葬所同上
一同六巳年八月蝦夷地御固御用致勤労
候ニ付時服壱ツ被下置之旨死後忰左近へ

出向いた事
一 同年十一月 当時の追鳥狩の際、足並びや調子が一体となって連携し、進退の手順が適切に整い、兼ねてから精進していた事と思し召される旨、同組一同がお褒めを下された
但しこの後毎度お褒めを成し下された事
一 文化四年卯年六月 《見せ消ち：亡父》跡式のお知行百石を相違なく下し置かれた事
一 同五年辰年正月 蝦夷地お固めのご用を仰せ付けられ出向き、同八月に帰陣した
但し出発の際にお目見えを仰せ付けられ、お流れ（酒）を頂戴した事
一 同年十月二十六日 三十六歳にて病死 法名 其光院照巌宝樹居士 葬所同上
一 同六年巳年八月 蝦夷地お固めのご用に勤労した事により時服一つを下し置かれる旨、死後に息子左近へ仰せ聞けられた事
