現代語訳
跡式の件について如何にお思し召しであろうかと思われたが、最上以来特に神妙に御奉公を相勤めたことにより、御知行百五十石のうち百石を下し置かれ、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、日向半之丞組に所属することとなった。
同二年巳年（月日不明）、日向半之丞が猪苗代御城代を仰せ付けられたことにより、跡役として脇坂宇右衛門組に所属することとなった。
同三年午年十二月より、御城御番を相勤めた。
寛文元年丑年三月、勤番として江戸表へ登り、同年閏八月に下った。
但し、この後勤番一陣を相勤めた。
同六年午年（月日不明）、組頭脇坂宇右門の願いの通り御役御免となったことにより、跡役として杉田五郎兵衛組に所属することとなった。
延宝四年辰年三月、組頭杉田五郎兵衛の願いの通り御役御免となったことにより、跡役として赤羽仁右衛門組に所属することとなった。
同七年未年（月日不明）、組頭赤羽仁右衛門の願いの通り在郷を仰せ付けられたことにより、跡役として田中加兵衛組に

Regarding the matter of succession, although there may have been some consideration about how this should be handled, because he had served most faithfully since the Mogami period, he was granted 100 koku out of the 150 koku stipend and appointed to the tozama group, joining Hinata Hannosuke's unit.
In the same 2nd year, year of the snake (month unknown), when Hinata Hannosuke was appointed as castellan of Inawashiro Castle, he was transferred to Wakisaka Uemon's unit as his successor.
From the same 3rd year, year of the horse (1654), 12th month, he served castle guard duty.
In the 1st year of Kanbun, year of the ox (1661), 3rd month, he went up to Edo for guard duty and returned in the intercalary 8th month of the same year.
Note: After this, he served one tour of guard duty.
In the same 6th year, year of the horse (1666) (month unknown), when unit commander Wakisaka Uemon was relieved of his post as requested, he was transferred to Sugita Gorohyōe's unit as his successor.
In the 4th year of Enpō, year of the dragon (1676), 3rd month, when unit commander Sugita Gorohyōe was relieved of his post as requested, he was transferred to Akahane Niemon's unit as his successor.
In the same 7th year, year of the sheep (1679) (month unknown), when unit commander Akahane Niemon was granted permission to retire to the countryside as requested, he was transferred to Tanaka Kahyōe's unit as his successor.
