仰付候事
一同年十二月御次番被 仰付五石御加
増被下置候事
一寛保二戌年八月 御参府ニ付御供
為勤番罷登翌亥四月
御下向御供ニ而罷下候
但此後弐陣勤番相勤壱度御納
戸払御品被下置之所御品不詳候事
一延享三寅年九月勤番当前ニ候所
病気ニ付願之通勤番御用捨被成候事
一寛延二巳年十二月精出宜相勤候
ニ付只今迄之御擬作弐拾石三人扶持御
知行百石ニ御直被下置候事

土常様為御遺物御召物被下置候

現代語訳
仰せ付けられた。
同年十二月、御次番を仰せ付けられ、五石の御加増を下し置かれた。
寛保二年戌年八月、御参府（将軍への参勤）に付き御供として勤番のため登り、翌亥四月に御下向の御供にて罷り下った。
ただし、この後二陣勤番を相勤め、一度御納戸払いの御品を下し置かれたが、その御品については不詳である。
延享三年寅年九月、勤番当番の予定であったが、病気により願いの通り勤番を御用捨（免除）された。
寛延二年巳年十二月、精出して宜しく相勤めたことにより、只今までの御擬作二十石三人扶持を御知行百石に御直しを下し置かれた。
同三年午年十二月、土常様の御遺物として御召物を下し置かれた。
ただし御品については不詳である。
宝暦三年酉年三月、江戸表にて三陣を精出して宜しく相勤めたことにより、御褒美として麻の御上下の代わりに晒一疋を下し置かれた。
同年七月、願いの通り忰の助七が御番代を仰せ付けられた。

In the twelfth month of the same year, he was appointed to御次番 (palace guard duty) and granted an increase of five koku of rice stipend.
In the eighth month of Kanpō 2 (1742), he accompanied his lord to Edo for sankin-kōtai service, ascending to serve guard duty, and descended with his lord's retinue when they returned in the fourth month of the following year.
However, after this he served two tours of guard duty, and once received items from the lord's personal storehouse, though the specific nature of these items is unclear.
In the ninth month of Enkyō 3 (1746), though he was scheduled for guard duty, due to illness his request to be excused from guard duty was granted.
In the twelfth month of Kan'en 2 (1749), having served diligently and well, his previous stipend of twenty koku and provisions for three retainers was directly increased to a fief of one hundred koku.
In the twelfth month of Kan'en 3 (1750), he was granted clothing as a memento from Lord Dojō.
However, the specific items are unclear.
In the third month of Hōreki 3 (1753), having served three tours of duty in Edo with great diligence, he was granted one roll of bleached cloth in place of hemp formal wear as a reward.
In the seventh month of the same year, his son Sukeshichi was appointed as a guard substitute as requested.
