法名は心光院照誉受■居士、葬所は菩提山極楽寺。

妻 中山治左衛門清敷の女（享保八年卯年誕生、安永五年申年八月七日、五十四歳にて病死。法名は寂照院観誉静輭大姉、葬所は同上）

元文五年申年正月、頭の願いの通り初めての御目見を仰せ付けられた。
延享四年卯年、家の内へ飛び入った鷹を差し上げたところ、良い鷹を差し上げた旨を仰せ出された。
