現代語訳
相違なく下され、今まで通り御供番を相勤めるよう仰せ出された。
明和元年申年九月、男子がいないため、白井五郎太夫の四男留吉を婿養子にしたい旨の願いが許された。
同年九月、勤番のため江戸表へ上り、翌酉年五月に御下向の御供として下った。
但し、陣中において滞りなく精を出し相勤めた旨を仰せ出された。
同二年酉年二月、勘右衛門と改名したい旨の願いが許された。
同年四月、御戸番仮役を仰せ付けられ、同五月まで相勤めた。
同年五月、御下向の節に日光御社参を遊ばされるため、御供として下った。
但し、御供として精を出し相勤めた旨を仰せ出された。
同四年亥年四月、御下向の御迎えのため立ち帰り上った。

In the ninth month of Meiwa 1 (1764), since there was no male heir, his request to adopt Tomekichi, the fourth son of Shirai Gorōdayū, as an adopted son-in-law was granted.
