御目見被 仰付候事
一文化二丑年三月親願之通御番代
被 仰付日向三郎右衛門組ニ而
御城御番相勤候事
一同五辰年正月蝦夷地御固御用被
仰付唐太島へ在陣仕同八月御用相
済帰陣仕候
但出起之節 御目見被
仰付御流頂頂戴仕候事
一同年八月帰陣之節於前宿御酒
被下置着之日於 御城ニ御目見仕候

一同年三月蝦夷地御固為御用罷越
海陸往来を始於彼地数日致勤労候ニ付
於 御城御料理被下置候事
一同六巳年八月蝦夷地御固為御用罷
越致勤労候ニ付御時服壱ツ被下置候

現代語訳
一、寛政六年寅年三月、親の願いの通り初回の御目見えを仰せ付けられた事
一、文化二年丑年三月、親の願いの通り御番代を仰せ付けられ、日向三郎右衛門組において御城御番を相勤めた事
一、同五年辰年正月、蝦夷地御固めの御用を仰せ付けられ、唐太島へ在陣し、同八月に御用が済んで帰陣した
ただし出立の節に御目見えを仰せ付けられ、御流れを頂戴した事
一、同年八月帰陣の節、前宿において御酒を下し置かれ、到着の日に御城において御目見えした事
一、同年三月、蝦夷地御固めのため御用で赴き、海陸往来をはじめとして現地で数日間勤労したため、御城において御料理を下し置かれた事
一、同六年巳年八月、蝦夷地御固めのため御用で赴き勤労したため、御時服一つを下し置かれた事
一、同月、追鳥狩りの節に参加し、獲物を拝領した

1. In the 3rd month of Kansei 6, year of the tiger, he was granted his first audience with the lord as requested by his father.
1. In the 3rd month of Bunka 2, year of the ox, he was appointed as a guard substitute as requested by his father, and served castle guard duty in Hyuga Saburōemon's unit.
1. In the 1st month of the same 5th year, year of the dragon, he was assigned to duty for defending Ezo territory, stationed on Karafuto Island, and returned from duty when the assignment was completed in the 8th month of the same year.
However, upon departure he was granted an audience and received an imperial gift.
1. In the 8th month of the same year upon returning from duty, he was given sake at the previous lodging, and had an audience at the castle on the day of arrival.
1. In the 3rd month of the same year, he went on duty to defend Ezo territory, engaging in sea and land transportation and working diligently for several days at that location, for which he was given a meal at the castle.
1. In the 8th month of the same 6th year, year of the snake, he went on duty to defend Ezo territory and worked diligently, for which he was given one ceremonial garment.
1. In the same month, he participated in a bird hunting expedition and received game as a reward.
