一、天和元年酉年八月、八石二人扶持を下され、廻米所附人に召し抱えられた事

一、元禄十二年卯年九月、廻米荷頭を仰せ付けられた事

一、宝永二年酉年二月、御通りの際御目見を仰せ付けられた事

一、（年月不詳）赤埴喜兵衛の二男八右衛門を養子にしたい旨を願い出て、許可された事

一、同四年亥年十一月七日、五十三歳で病死、法名は願誉浄誓、葬所は同上

First, in the 8th month of Tenna 1, year of the rooster, he was granted a stipend of 8 koku and provisions for 2 attendants, and was employed as an attendant at the rice transport office.

First, in the 9th month of Genroku 12, year of the rabbit, he was appointed as head of rice transport porters.

First, in the 2nd month of Hōei 2, year of the rooster, he was granted an audience during a lord's procession.

First, (year and month unknown) his request to adopt Hachiemon, the second son of Akahani Kibyōe, as his heir was approved.

First, on the 7th day of the 11th month of the same 4th year, year of the boar, he died of illness at age 53. His Buddhist posthumous name was Ganyo Jōsei, buried at the same location as above.
