現代語訳
そこで預けられて養育されていたところ、母が太田市伝のもとへ
再婚した際、兄弟ともにそれに従って移った。
その後市伝が老衰し、願い出た上で市伝の養子と
なり家督相続を仰せ付けられたが、継父の遺言により
実家の苗字である伊藤と改めた。
一、寛永二十（未）年十二月、御扶持十石八斗
二人扶持を下され、馬医として召し出された。
一、承応三（午）年五月、馬医の御用に役に立たない
者と思し召され御役を免ぜられたが、高遠以来御奉公
してきた故に御情けで三人扶持を下され、御切米は
召し上げられた。
一、寛文八（申）年八月二十三日病死、法名月
心浄鍗信士、葬所加納山願成就寺

where he was entrusted and raised, but when his mother remarried
to Ōta Ichiden, both brothers followed her there.
Later, when Ichiden became aged and infirm, he petitioned and became
Ichiden's adopted son, inheriting the family headship, but according to his
stepfather's will, he changed back to his original family name of Itō.
1. In the twentieth year of Kan'ei (1643, year of the sheep), in the twelfth month, he was granted a stipend of 10 koku 8 to and provisions for two attendants, and was summoned to serve as a horse doctor.
1. In the third year of Jōō (1654, year of the horse), in the fifth month, he was deemed unsuitable for the duties of horse doctor and was dismissed from his post, but due to his service since the Takatō period, out of compassion he was granted provisions for three attendants, though his rice stipend was revoked.
1. On the twenty-third day of the eighth month of the eighth year of Kanbun (1668, year of the monkey), he died of illness. His posthumous Buddhist name was Gesshin Jōshaku Shinji, and he was buried at Ganshōji Temple on Mount Kanō.
