現代語訳

褒美として銀子二枚を下し置かれた事

一、同十四年酉年九月、不注意な事があり、御役儀を召し上げられ、閉門を仰せ付けられた事

一、同年閏九月、閉門を御免成され、吟味所支配無役を仰せ付けられた事

一、同十五年戌年六月、鍛冶奉行を仰せ付けられた事

一、同十七年子年三月、井上久左衛門の弟久治を聟養子にしたい旨、願いを聞き届けられた事

一、同年閏五月、よく相勤めたにつき、御褒美として銀子二枚を下し置かれた事
