一同五亥年十一月非番之節罷出
　土常様御代日記書抜調候様被
　仰付山寺伴蔵一同相勤候
　　但同七丑年十二月迄都合六拾九
　　冊ニ相調差上候事
一同七丑年三月三石御役料被下置

一同年四月為勤番江戸表江罷登
　候事
一同年九月当陳江三陣無滞精

　出相勤候ニ付為御褒美銀子壱枚被下
　置之旨被　仰出同十月罷下候
　　但右陣中御老中様方御振舞
　　之節役付相勤候ニ付熨斗目
　　麻上下代被下置旦右役付相勤
　　候ニ付於御広座敷御酒被下置

一同八寅年正月旧記調御用精出相
　勤候ニ付為御褒美銀子壱枚被下置

現代語訳

一、同五年亥年十一月、非番の節に出仕して、土常様御代日記書抜を調べるよう仰せ付けられ、山寺伴蔵と一同に相勤めた
　　ただし同七年丑年十二月まで都合六十九冊に調えて差し上げた事

一、同七年丑年三月、三石の御役料を下し置かれた事

一、同年四月、勤番のため江戸表へ登った事

一、同年九月、当陣へ三陣滞りなく精出して相勤めたため、御褒美として銀子一枚を下し置く旨を仰せ出され、同十月に下った事
　　ただし右の陣中で御老中様方の御振舞いの節に役付として相勤めたため、熨斗目麻上下代を下し置かれ、また右の役付として相勤めたため、御広座敷において御酒を下し置かれた事

一、同八年寅年正月、旧記調べの御用を精出して相勤めたため、御褒美として銀子一枚を下し置かれた事

First, in the same 5th year, year of the boar, 11th month, during his off-duty period, he was ordered to investigate and compile excerpts from the daily records of Lord Dotsune's era, serving together with Yamaji Banzō.
　　However, until the same 7th year, year of the ox, 12th month, he compiled and submitted a total of sixty-nine volumes.

First, in the same 7th year, year of the ox, 3rd month, he was granted a service stipend of three koku.

First, in the same year, 4th month, he went up to Edo for guard duty.

First, in the same year, 9th month, because he served diligently and without delay in three campaigns to the current battle front, it was announced that he would be granted one silver piece as a reward, and he returned in the same year, 10th month.
　　However, during the campaign when the senior councilors held banquets, because he served in an official capacity, he was granted an allowance for noshi-me hemp kamishimo, and because he served in this official capacity, he was granted sake in the great reception hall.

First, in the same 8th year, year of the tiger, 1st month, because he served diligently in the official duty of investigating old records, he was granted one silver piece as a reward.
