一、同十年午年【宝暦十年は辰年】八月、御省略御用の任役として相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同十二年午年四月、仲ケ間三人の欠員の後任を申し出なかったが、当御在国中に特に精出して相勤めたため、御褒美として銀子一枚を下し置かれた事
一、同年十月、勤番のため江戸表へ登った事
一、同十三年未年四月、当陣へ四陣目として登り、滞りなく精出して相勤めたため、御褒美として銀子一枚を下し置く旨を仰せ出され、同五月に御下向のお供として下った事
一、同年十二月、密事の御用を仰せ付けられた事
一、明和元年申年四月、仲ケ間に欠員があったところを申し出なかったが、御在国中に一日も参らない日なく精出して相勤めたため、御褒美として銀子一枚を下し置かれた事
