現代語訳

ため熨斗目麻上下代を下し置かれ、かつ右役付を滞りなく相勤めたため御広座敷において御酒を下し置かれた事

一、同年九月、山形へ勤番のため赴き、翌酉三月に帰った事

一、同三戌年五月、山形勤番で精出して相勤めたため、御褒美として銀子一枚を下し置かれた事

一、同年九月、山形在番中に御城附の御用米大豆御詰替えのため御用が多かったところを精出して相勤めたため、御褒美として銀子一枚を下し置かれた事

一、同年十月、勤番のため江戸表へ登った事

一、同四亥年四月、当陣へ六陣として登り、旧冬以来御用繁多のところを精出して滞りなく相勤めたため、御褒美として銀子三枚を下し置く旨を仰せ出され、同五月に御下向のお供として下った事
