一同五子年三月山形　御城御引渡
　ニ付罷越右御用相済罷帰候
　　但御引渡之節御勘定頭兼務

　精出相勤候ニ付為御褒美銀子三枚被

一同年十二月浅右衛門と改名仕度

現代語訳

仰せ付けられた事

一、同五子年三月、山形の御城御引渡しのため赴き、右御用が済んで帰った事
　ただし御引渡しの節、御勘定頭を兼務して相勤めた事

一、同年八月、山形御引渡し御用任役を精出して相勤めたため、御褒美として銀子三枚を下し置かれた事

一、同年十二月、浅右衛門と改名したい旨を願い出て任せられた事

一、同七寅年正月、年来精出して相勤めたため、五石の御加増を下し置かれた事

一、安永三午年三月、御供として勤番のため登った事

一、同年四月、年来精出してよく相勤めたため、只今までの御擬作御知行百石を御直しに下し置かれた事

一、同年九月、陣中で精出して滞りなく相勤めたため、御褒美として銀子二枚を下し置かれ、同十月に下った事

First, in the same 5th year, year of the rat, 3rd month, he went to oversee the transfer of Yamagata castle, and after completing this official duty, he returned.
Note: During the transfer, he concurrently served as head accountant (kanjō-gashira).

First, in the same year, 8th month, because he served diligently in his appointed role for the Yamagata transfer duties, he was granted three silver pieces as a reward.

First, in the same year, 12th month, he petitioned to change his name to Asaemon and was granted permission.

First, in the same 7th year, year of the tiger, 1st month, because he had served diligently for many years, he was granted an increase of five koku in his stipend.

First, in Anei 3rd year, year of the horse, 3rd month, he went up to serve guard duty as an attendant.

First, in the same year, 4th month, because he had served well and diligently for many years, his previous provisional land grant of 100 koku was converted to a direct grant.

First, in the same year, 9th month, because he served diligently without delay during the military campaign, he was granted two silver pieces as a reward and returned in the same 10th month.
