一同六酉年正月年来精出御用筋
　致鍛錬宜相勤候ニ付外様組付被
　仰付只今迄之通御用所兼務仕
　候様被　仰付候
　　但萱野権兵衛組江入候事
一同七戌年三月御供為勤番罷登
　候事
一同年九月数陣被罷登御用筋
　致鍛練当陣精出無滞相勤候ニ付
　為御褒美御古麻御上下壱具被

　下置之旨被　仰出候
　　但御品ハ於　御前被下置候事
一同年十月罷下候事
一天明元丑年三月
　宣明院様御乗出御役御用懸りニて
　精出相勤候ニ付為御褒美銀子壱枚
　被下置候事
一同二寅年四月為勤番江戸表江
　罷登候事
一同年九月当陣精出無滞相

現代語訳

一、同六酉年正月、年来精出して御用筋の鍛錬を行い、よく相勤めたため、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、今まで通り御用所を兼務するよう仰せ付けられた。
　ただし萱野権兵衛組に入った事

一、同七戌年三月、御供として勤番のため登った事

一、同年九月、数回の陣に登り、御用筋の鍛練を行い、当陣で精出して滞りなく相勤めたため、御褒美として御古麻の御上下一具を下し置く旨を仰せ出された。
　ただし御品は御前において下し置かれた事

一、同年十月、下った事

一、天明元丑年三月、宣明院様の御乗出しの御役御用係として精出して相勤めたため、御褒美として銀子一枚を下し置かれた事

一、同二寅年四月、勤番として江戸表に登った事

一、同年九月、当陣で精出して滞りなく相[勤めた]

英語訳

First, in the same 6th year, year of the rooster, 1st month, because he had served diligently for many years, training in official duties, he was appointed to the tozama group and ordered to continue concurrently serving at the official office as before.
Note: He joined Kayano Gonbei's group.

First, in the same 7th year, year of the dog, 3rd month, he went up to serve guard duty as an attendant.

First, in the same year, 9th month, because he went up for several military campaigns, conducted training in official duties, and served diligently without delay in the current campaign, it was announced that he would be granted one set of old hemp formal court dress as a reward.
Note: The items were granted in the lord's presence.

First, in the same year, 10th month, he returned.

First, in Tenmei 1st year, year of the ox, 3rd month, because he served diligently as an official in charge of Lord Senmyōin's outings, he was granted one silver piece as a reward.

First, in the same 2nd year, year of the tiger, 4th month, he went up to Edo for guard duty.
