一同十酉年十一月宮田分開発新
　家作等主立精々取計人馬増長致
　年々増納ニ茂相成候段功作格別ニ付
　為御褒美銀子三枚被下置候事
一同年十二月此度御人減ニ付御代官
　見習御雇勤御免被成是迄精出相
　勤候段被　仰出候事
　　但学校田開発取計方之儀ハ是

一同十三子年八月学校田追々新開
　発取計候儀ニ候処宮田分之形を以

現代語訳

一、同年、御代官見習御雇い勤めを仰せ付けられた事

一、同十酉年十一月、宮田分開発新家作等を主立って精々取り計らい、人馬増長致し、年々増納にも相成った段、功作格別につき、御褒美として銀子三枚を下し置かれた事

一、同年十二月、この度御人減につき御代官見習御雇い勤め御免を成され、これまで精出し相勤めた段を仰せ出された事
　　但し学校田開発取り計らい方の儀はこれまでの通り相勤めるよう仰せ出された事

一、同十三子年八月、学校田追々新開発取り計らう儀に候処、宮田分の形を以て任せ相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事

一、同年十一月、宮田分居掛かりの儀につき、諏訪原人参植え方をも相勤めるよう、右につきては山崎小助、白得差図、沢井大助、井沢清左衛門へも熟談取り計らうよう仰せ付けられた事
