花畑へ御振替被成下置候事
一同五子年九月吟味頭被 仰付候事

現代語訳
仰せ付けられた。
一、同三（戌）年《割書：月不詳》屋敷が出来たにつき、新町から
花畑へ御振替をなされ下された。
一、同五（子）年九月、吟味頭を仰せ付けられた。
一、同七（寅）年十月、五石一人扶持の御加増を
下された。
一、正徳五（未）年十二月、只今までの御擬作
御知行百石に御直しを下された。
一、享保三（戌）年十月、御勘定頭を仰せ付けられた。
但し、仲ヶ間年代に元〆方御借金方
を兼ねて相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた。
一、同年十二月、重役の儀、兼役等相勤め難く、
その上持病があり旅勤め相勤め難きにつき、願いの上
右勤めを御免なされ下され、無役になされ下され、小香請
料を差し出すよう仰せ付けられた。
一、同四（亥）年六月、吟味頭を仰せ付けられ、先輩に
仰せ付けられた。
一、同七（寅）年十月、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、一瀬
伝兵衛組へ入り、御城御番を相勤めた。
一、同九（辰）年八月、御勘定頭上座に

1. In the third year (1706, year of the dog) <<marginalia: month unspecified>>, when a residence was completed, he was granted a transfer from Shinmachi to Hanabatake.
1. In the ninth month of the fifth year (1708, year of the rat), he was appointed as examination head.
1. In the tenth month of the seventh year (1710, year of the tiger), he was granted an additional five koku and one person's stipend.
1. In the twelfth month of the fifth year of Shōtoku (1715, year of the sheep), his previous provisional stipend was converted to a direct grant of one hundred koku.
1. In the tenth month of the third year of Kyōhō (1718, year of the dog), he was appointed as accounting head.
However, during the intermediate period, he was also ordered to concurrently serve in the chief clerk and domain debt management roles.

In the twelfth month of the same year, as he found it difficult to serve in important positions and concurrent roles, and moreover had chronic illness making travel duties difficult, upon his request, he was relieved of these duties, given a position without specific duties, and ordered to submit the incense offering fee.
