あれこれと相互に考察すると、東海一帯の地域で火の運行の動きが徐々に活発になっているようです。しかしながら天地造化の妙は、どうして人間が知ることができるでしょうか。ひそかに思うに、国家は危機を恐れて政治を修めるべきであり、賢良方正で直言できる士を登用して、天地の言葉なき戒めに対応すべきです。これもまた聖人の教えなのです。

Considering various matters together, it appears that the movement of fire activity throughout the Tōkai region is gradually intensifying. However, the mysteries of heaven and earth's creative forces - how could humans possibly comprehend them? I secretly believe that the nation should fear such dangers and reform its governance, elevating worthy and upright men capable of speaking frankly, in order to respond to heaven and earth's wordless warnings. This too is the teaching of the sages.
