設復有人若有罪若無罪杻械枷鎖検繋其
身称観世音菩薩名者皆悉
断壊即得解脱

またもし人があって、罪がある者であっても罪がない者であっても、手かせ足かせや首かせ、鎖によってその身を縛られ拘束されていても、観世音菩薩の名を称える者は、それらの束縛がことごとく断ち切られ壊れて、ただちに解放を得るのである。

Furthermore, if there are people, whether guilty or innocent, whose bodies are bound and restrained by handcuffs, leg irons, neck shackles, or chains, when they call upon the name of Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva, all these restraints will be severed and broken, and they will immediately obtain liberation.
