一漆売捌方之事
仕切売主之儀は是迄之通り
一居屋漆之儀は是迄問屋へ
申受候処此度相改高之
跡に而売立代銀半通りは仕切
差加へ残り半通りは高之節
為諸雑用問屋方へ申請候
右之趣御聞済成被下候上に而は
一阿州御役所様
一為御冥加御上納銀百目に付
三分宛銀高に応し可奉納候
一漆荷物預り為替代は銀
高に応し六七歩方差上可申候
尤利足之儀は月八朱に相究
申候右之通り別紙仕方書へ
申上候外之儀は荷はたし
入用之計奉御内意
に而申上候猶御出会之節は
猶又宜布御願申上候先は
右之段偏に宜布御願猶此

一、漆売捌方の事
仕切売主の件は今まで通り
一、居屋漆の件は今まで問屋へ
申し受け候ところ、この度相改め高の
跡にて売立代銀半通りは仕切に
差し加え、残り半通りは高の節
諸雑用のため問屋方へ申し請い候
右の趣をお聞き済みになって下さった上では
一、阿州御役所様
一、御冥加として御上納銀百目につき
三分ずつ銀高に応じて納奉るべく候
一、漆荷物預かり為替代は銀
高に応じて六七歩方差し上げ申すべく候

1. Regarding the lacquer sales handling:
The matter of consignment sellers shall remain as it has been until now
1. Regarding house lacquer: Until now it has been
received by the wholesaler, but this time we are changing the method. After the high [price period],
half of the sales proceeds in silver will be added to the consignment settlement,
and the remaining half will be requested from the wholesaler
for miscellaneous expenses during the high [price] period
After you have approved and accepted the above terms:

1. As a gratuity offering, we shall pay tribute silver
at the rate of three bu per one hundred me of silver according to the silver amount
1. For lacquer cargo custody and exchange fees,
we shall pay six to seven bu per unit according to the silver amount.
The interest rate is fixed at eight shu per month.
As stated above, this has been submitted in the separate procedure document.
For other matters, only the expenses for cargo handling
are respectfully reported according to your private instructions.
