右意趣者天長地久御願
円満殊平貞胤心中所願
決定成就故奉寄進之状如件

The purpose of this is for the eternal imperial wish
to be fulfilled completely, and especially for the heartfelt wishes of Taira no Sadatane
to be decisively achieved, therefore this deed of donation is respectfully made as stated herein
