【上部】
禁制
右の軍勢甲乙の人等の濫妨
狼藉を堅く停止せしめ畢んぬ。もし
これに背く者これ有らば速やかにからめ
取り御旗本へ参り申し上ぐべく候。処すべき
厳科なり。よって件の如し。

are hereby strictly prohibited. If there are any
who disobey this order, they shall be quickly arrested
and brought before the headquarters for reporting.
Severe punishment shall be imposed.
Therefore, as stated herein.
